One missed equipment charge, one rejected LEM, or one invoice stuck 45 days can cost more than a year of Pit & Rig.

Questions

Before you ask

Do my clients pay anything?
No. Client accounts are free and unlimited — reviewing, approving and downloading tickets costs them nothing. You're the one getting paid, so you're the one who pays.
What counts as a full user?
Anyone on your team who signs in to build or manage tickets — owners, admins and foremen. Both plans include 10, then $25 per additional user per month.
Is there a trial?
7 days, no card required. You can load a real PO and rate sheet and run live tickets through it before deciding.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep working. Access isn't cut off for a failed card — stranding a foreman at a jobsite doesn't collect the debt. You'll get a clear warning to update the card.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from the billing page — upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. After that your records stay readable and exportable for 90 days in case you come back or need a signed ticket for a dispute.

Run a real week through it

Load your rate sheet, write live tickets, get one signed. Fourteen days, no card. If it doesn't stick with your foremen, nothing else matters.
